Had a red nuisance warning light on our safety airbags. It had come on and gone off, so I dismissed the light as transitory. It illuminated again on a trip to Fort Worth on Wednesday. I live in Edmond, and would be driving by the dealership enroute. I called on short notice, and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes resetting the light module. I was on my way with minimum delay. This is another reason I will continue to use this Dealership, despite having another Hyundai dealership much closer.

My experience with Automax Hyundai Norman was outstanding. When I first visited the dealership, they didn't have the combination that I wanted. However, they assured me to stay with them and they will find what I wanted. They delivered. It took almost 30 days, but they came through. So for that, they are number 1 in my book. I love my car and I say thank you Automax Hyundai Norman.

I used to work for Automax and we love the Del City location but this location left alot to be desired. The service representative didn't listen very well at all and seemed a bit confused about how to do a simple warranty tire replacement.
